Location: Grand Rapids, MI or Scottsdale, AZ
Position Type: Full-Time | Salary Negotiable

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead design development and construction documentation

  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and in-house engineering teams

  • Develop detailed technical drawings in Revit and AutoCAD

  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and internal quality standards

  • Mentor junior staff and interns

  • Attend client meetings and support construction administration efforts (RFIs, submittals, site visits)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

  • Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure)

  • 4+ years of experience producing and coordinating construction documents

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills

  • Experience in retail, entertainment, industrial, or commercial sectors is a plus
