DSESTS Operator –Europe
Duration: Approximately 1 year
Location: Europe
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship is required due to this being a U.S. Government Contract.
No Subcontracting: Third-party agencies will not be considered.


Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced DSESTS Operator to support the Bradley family of vehicles at a designated site in Europe. The selected individual will provide technical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting, and training while interfacing directly with clients, teammates, and leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and Shop Repairable Units (SRUs) for the Bradley family of vehicles.

  • Provide informal guidance and hands-on instruction to team members and customers on diagnosis, disassembly, repair, and re-assembly of LRUs and SRUs.

  • Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges with minimal supervision.

  • Identify and communicate technical issues or priorities to Management.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and leadership, ensuring client needs and concerns are clearly communicated.

  • Perform mechanical tasks on Bradley vehicles as needed.

  • Complete an 80-hour DSESTS refresher/training course in the U.S. Prior to deployment.

  • Support a variety of duties in field, office, and shop environments.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Bradley Ground Combat Vehicles.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • U.S. Passport and ability to meet all deployment requirements.

  • Capability to obtain an international driver’s license and security clearance (if required).

  • Ability to access U.S. Military installations and travel domestically and internationally.

  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb, work at heights, and operate in enclosed or awkward spaces under extreme temperatures, dusty environments, and challenging conditions.

  • Willingness to collaborate with U.S. And foreign government personnel.


Additional Requirements:

  • Must attend and complete a DSESTS refresher/training course in the U.S. Prior to deployment.

  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt to dynamic priorities, and provide solutions to critical tasks.
