Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $55, 000 - 60k (Depending on Experience)

Our client, located in Franklin, Ohio, is a dynamic and growing industrial organization seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on thermal spray equipment according to schedule.
  • Conduct PM activities on ancillary equipment, including chillers, dust collectors, and grit blasters.
  • Complete training to become proficient in handling various systems associated with the equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, performing repairs as needed for proper functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including PM schedules, repairs, and equipment history.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
  • Perform electrical work, including wiring, troubleshooting, and repair within the specified voltage range.
  • Utilize pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing skills to maintain and repair equipment components.
  • Safely operate and maintain basic hand and power tools required for maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent;technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in electrical systems ranging from 24 VDC to 480 VAC.
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in maintenance tasks and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and undergo training as required.
