Job Description


Our recruiting team is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer / Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join a growing engineering group. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on diverse civil projects and wants to expand their technical skills while collaborating with experienced engineers and project managers.

Compensation
This role offers a base salary in the range of $80, 000–$110, 000, with higher offers considered for candidates who bring a PE license, advanced Civil 3D expertise, or extensive land development project experience.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting a variety of civil engineering projects from planning through construction, including site development, utilities, and transportation. This role will give you hands-on exposure to design, permitting, and project coordination while leveraging AutoCAD and Civil 3D to produce high-quality deliverables.
What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • EIT certification required;PE license a plus.

  • 3+ years of civil engineering experience, ideally with land development projects.

  • Strong technical knowledge of grading, drainage, and utility design.

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications for civil engineering projects.

  • Develop detailed designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

  • Gather and analyze survey data, utility maps, and zoning requirements to guide design solutions.

  • Assist with technical reports, calculations, and permit applications.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

  • Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and occasional site visits.
