Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid) | Full-Time, Direct Hire | $100, 000–$125, 000 annually
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects nationwide. This hybrid position allows flexibility to work both onsite and remotely from the Scottsdale area.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage land/site development, roadway, water, sewer, and drainage projects.

Oversee project planning, design, budgeting, and scheduling.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and agencies to ensure quality and compliance.

Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve project challenges.

Mentor junior engineers and support team collaboration.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PE license preferred).

5+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and related tools.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Experience with land development projects preferred.
