Job Description


We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client for an onsite 3-month contract position. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8: 00 AM –4: 30 PM
Pay: $17-20/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle general office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook to manage emails, schedule appointments, and organize calendar events.
  • Conduct light inventory counts and track office supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and help maintain an efficient and organized workspace.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
