Job Description

This Administrative Assistant (AA) position will support the Bradley OSD refurbishment in Croatia. The AA role entails performing documentation of warehouse activities and material and equipment handling within the Operations section. They support the internal flow of material, kits, hardware and components to ensure that refurbishment schedules and Operations commitments are met or exceeded. The AA maintains accurate records by updating applicable systems that provide status of product to the Operations Manager. Utilizes system applications such as Oracle and manual spreadsheets to perform daily tasks. Actively participates in the establishment of Point of Use Material and cycle count activities in the warehouse. Will update and verify on-job-training (OJT) files and data tracker to capture training progress, and performs other duties and responsibilities as requested by Site Manager and Operation's Manager. This individual will become system savvy while executing the above responsibilities. This will set the foundation for career growth opportunities.

Oracle or other ERP system experience Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

EDUCATION
HIgh School Diploma or GED

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT:
