Job Title: Senior Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator
Location: Onsite

Pay Rate: $29.29 –$34.29/hour
Position Overview
Contract Professionals, Inc. Is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator to support fabrication, assembly, integration, and inspection activities for electronic and mechanical systems in a production and pre-production environment.
This role supports complex assemblies, RF hardware builds, fiber optic integration, and cable/harness fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
•Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations
•Build electronic and mechanical assemblies including modules, boards, panels, frames, and harnesses
•Fabricate RF and multi-function cables
•Perform soldering and ribbon/strip line work for RF performance
•Conduct fiber optic splicing and assembly
•Load and configure customer/standard software on devices
•Perform fabrication marking and documentation
•Apply statistical process control (SPC) principles
•Support inspection and quality verification
Required Qualifications
•High School diploma or equivalent
•Minimum 6 years of relevant manufacturing experience
•Fiber optic splicing and assembly experience
•RF cable/harness fabrication experience
•Knowledge of statistics and SPC applications
•Strong communication and computer skills
•U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
•Associate’s degree or manufacturing certification
•Experience working in research or classified production environments
•DoD Secret clearance preferred
Work Environment
•Onsite position
•May require eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
