Position Description:
We are seeking experienced candidates for a Scale and Complexity Management Engineering position to support future program and module development. This engineer will be involved in working with teams in North America to implement processes and tools that leverage economies of scale for the optimization of part commonality, re-use and complexity across multiple vehicle lines. Major Responsibilities: " Regional Subject Matter Expert for the Scale process providing coaching and training for deployment and implementation into future program and modules " Provide application of the Scale and Complexity Management process, database and toolset into future program and modules " Provide support in development of Scale and Complexity Management processes and toolsets " Support the regional Scale and Complexity Management Targets and Status and lead actions to deliver " Support cross functional deep dives and workshops with employees in Purchasing, Manufacturing, Product Development and Marketing " Utilize and develop appropriate analytical techniques to ensure full understanding of scale opportunities " Develop appropriate " insights " from data sets for Management Reviews/Decision Forums " Establish network of contacts with other company Subject Matter Experts and use network to ensure alignment with other organizational initiatives " Establish system to keep informed about new methodologies and best practices and feed these back into Scale and Complexity Management Team
Skills Preferred:

Experience Required:
" Engineering and/or Purchasing Experience

Account Executive

Matt started with Contract Professionals, Inc. in November 2014. He began as a Technical Recruiter assigned to the automotive team. He worked hand in hand with account managers, to spearhead specific projects with CPI's clients. Driven to succeed, Matt achieved his goal(s) within the first year. He continued working on accounts and he learned the leadership process throughout his 4-year career at CPI.

When the opportunity presented itself, he was promoted to Account Manager of the automotive division. He navigates the challenges in this new role by utilizing the senior staff in the office.

Matt was awarded a Bachelor of Art in Environmental Studies at University of Michigan. Matt also received an Associate degree in Automotive Mechanics from a local community college.

Matt is thriving as a new Account Manager at CPI, and he looks forward to the challenges that await him in the workforce solutions industry.
