Position Description:
"Owns the priority within IT teams inclusive of all tasks supporting work streams Prioritizes and manages the teams backlog ( defects) Work with SMEs to align new requirements with in respective work streams for prioritization in the backlog Support Standups to ensure PI Plan (features), status, road blocks, etc. Are effectively communicated Write Test Cases for acceptance criteria of the features when prioritized for current iteration Update regression test cases to reflect any changes "Coordinate User Acceptance Testing for Features Reviews (demo) feature functionality to SME for acceptance and move feature to Done Accept user stories in lower development environments Supports Regression Testing "Lead defect resolution and track status Root cause incoming defects and agree with criticality and priority Funnels relevant defects to IT Identifies and Communicates Interim Corrective Actions for issues (ICA/PCA Plan) Assign Target date and negotiate desired release milestone from IT Create the test plan for release milestone "Contribute to Release coordination Support release management meetings Send timely notes / comments on known issues and resolution plan to PMT support (i.E. Engineer, BOM Admin, etc. Consumption) Smoke test and signs off on release content
Skills Preferred:
Effective oral and written communications work effectively with cross-functional teams -Self-Motivated and well organized, ability to work independently and within teams to drive
Experience Required:
2 years+ experience in Automotive Industry with Engineering or Bill of Material related role - Experience with Bill of material tools and processes - Strong Analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience Preferred:
- Management of engineering data
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree
Education Preferred:
Engineering Degree Or Advanced Degree preferred

Account Executive

Matt started with Contract Professionals, Inc. in November 2014. He began as a Technical Recruiter assigned to the automotive team. He worked hand in hand with account managers, to spearhead specific projects with CPI's clients. Driven to succeed, Matt achieved his goal(s) within the first year. He continued working on accounts and he learned the leadership process throughout his 4-year career at CPI.

When the opportunity presented itself, he was promoted to Account Manager of the automotive division. He navigates the challenges in this new role by utilizing the senior staff in the office.

Matt was awarded a Bachelor of Art in Environmental Studies at University of Michigan. Matt also received an Associate degree in Automotive Mechanics from a local community college.

Matt is thriving as a new Account Manager at CPI, and he looks forward to the challenges that await him in the workforce solutions industry.
