Applications Engineer General
This position will work with cross-functional teams to deliver a functional architecture for vehicle electrical systems. Using standard Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, methods and tools, a functional architecture will be developed for each electrical feature. The outcome of the design are electrical requirements, software and test methods. This assignment will challenge your ability to work across multiple functions and in non-traditional environments. The Electrical Systems Architecture team utilizes standard systems engineering principles and tools to develop a robust functional architecture for each feature within the entire vehicle system (powertrain, chassis, electrified vehicles, information and entertainment, cloud enabled services and autonomous vehicles). Our team is comprised of engineers with 1 to 30 years of experience in automotive and systems engineering. Together our team will provide training in systems engineering to other activities and will work with the cross-functional experts to develop consistent, cost effective and high quality electrical architecture.
Looking for a person interested in using MBSE toolset. Experience with tools such as MagicDraw, MATLAB, PREEvision, Simulink, Capital, etc. MBSE experience Automotive Electrical Systems
Must have experience with some systems engineering tools
BSEE or BSCE or equivalent

Jennifer was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Baker College in Michigan.
She enjoys working out, cooking, and spending time at her cottage in the northern part of the lower peninsula of Michigan.
