Attorney –Civil Litigation / Creditors’Rights
Location: Carmel, IN
Pay: $45–$50 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract or Temp-to-Hire

About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established law firm specializing in real estate, default servicing, and creditors’rights, is seeking an experienced Attorney to represent clients in civil litigation and related proceedings. The ideal candidate will bring strong courtroom presence, excellent research and writing skills, and deep familiarity with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collection matters.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative legal team in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering high-quality client service and successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings

  • Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, and other resources

  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a range of issues

  • Attend court hearings and trials, advocating effectively on behalf of clients

  • Familiarity with real estate, default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Exceptional time-management and ability to prioritize competing deadlines

  • Self-driven, capable of working independently or collaboratively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to providing exceptional and timely client service

Licensing & Experience

  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana

  • 5+ years of experience required

  • Relevant experience in litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and collections, preferably with a focus on creditors’rights

This assignment is a US Government Contract which requires all applicants to be US Citizens.
