Our client is seeking a highly skilled sales professional with experience in the light industrial staffing realm to fill this role.
Location: Mahoning Valley, Ohio
Compensation: Base Salary $55-65K based on skills and experience + Commission + Full Benefits & Unlimited PTO
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years or more of proven sales success in a consultative and professional services environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Degree in business or related field.
- Previous experience selling in the staffing industry.
- Google Suite experience.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, and other HR software.
- Take initiative to uncover new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and utilizing social media.
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers to drive outside sales and develop new business.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, including contracts and pricing agreements, adhering to company policies.
- Be willing to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services, customer satisfaction, and successful candidate profile presentations.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals to achieve targets and increase market share.
