Business Development Manager
 Remote –Nationwide Support |  Semiconductor & Medical Device (Wire Harness / Electrical Assemblies)
 Full-Time |  Up to 140K+ Bonus + Benefits
 
Join a fast-growing manufacturer and drive growth across SemiconductorMedical DeviceAerospaceDefense, and Specialty Vehicles. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll expand customer relationships, develop new markets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored wire harness and electrical assembly solutions—all while working remotely.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities nationwide and grow OEM/Tier 1 relationships.
  • Lead quoting, proposals, and pricing strategies with engineering and operations.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline, manage full sales cycles, and forecast revenue.
  • Monitor market trends and represent the company at trade shows or customer visits.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless project handoffs and delivery.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of business development/sales in manufacturing (required).
  • Experience with wire harnesses, electronics, or custom assemblies (preferred).
  • Strong technical aptitude, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
  • Proven success developing new customers and closing high-value deals.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to travel (20–30%).
