Business Development Manager
Location: Salisbury NC
Salary: $65-95k (Experience Dependent)
+ Excellent Incentive/Commission Structure +$450 per month car allowance

Our client, located in Salisbury NC, is in search of a Business Development Manager for their staffing agency focused on manufacturing, logistics and warehouse. Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate business relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and other HR software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
  • Business or related degree
  • Staffing industry experience
  • Google Suite familiarity
  • Knowledge of HR software
