Position Description:
Joint a team of simulation engineers to deliver active safety simulation capabilities. Depending on the specific role of the individual in the overall simulation effort, the responsibilities below would be a lead role or support role. - Develop models of ADAS sensors such as cameras, radars and ultrasonics - Work with the algorithm engineers to develop models of sensor fusion and other ADAS control algorithms - Lead/support the integration of the plant and controller models for ADAS into an overall vehicle model - Lead/support the development of a simulation environment to enable the simulation of ADAS features - Lead/support the validation of the individual plant models and the overall vehicle model - Lead/support the development of simulation test cases for the verification of ADAS features - Execute the simulation test cases to verify the operation of the ADAS features - Understand sensor system interactions in terms of vehicle dynamics to identify possible improvements and trade-offs. - Work with the Ford Hardware in the Loop Team and Ford vehicle test teams to establish simulation procedures to reduce dependence on vehicle level testing
Experience Required:
1+ years of experience with modeling and simulation technologies
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related
Education Preferred:
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related

Matt started with Contract Professionals, Inc. in November 2014. He began as a Technical Recruiter assigned to the automotive team. He worked hand in hand with account managers, to spearhead specific projects with CPI's clients. Driven to succeed, Matt achieved his goal(s) within the first year. He continued working on accounts and he learned the leadership process throughout his 4-year career at CPI.

Today, Matt is proud to the Recruiting Team Leader of the Automotive Branch. His primary role is to oversee the automotive recruiters as they work to fulfill client expectations.

Matt was awarded a Bachelor of Art in Environmental Studies at University of Michigan. Matt also received an Associate degree in Automotive Mechanics from a local community college.

Matt is thriving as a new Account Manager at CPI, and he looks forward to the challenges that await him in the workforce solutions industry.
