CNC Machinist- Night Owls for 3rd Shift Needed

Shift & Training
- Schedule: Sunday –Thursday, 10: 00 pm –6: 30 am
- Initial training on 1st shift (8: 00 am –4: 30 pm for 4–6 weeks)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay up to $30/hour, plus a $3/hour shift premium
- Direct hire with full benefits, including:

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’experience as a machinist or equivalent training
- Skilled in blueprint reading and part inspections
- Experience with Tsugami CNC Swiss Machines, MO8, and Hyundai CNC Mill a plus
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and reliability
Key Responsibilities
- Set CNC machine origins and load tools per setup instructions and blueprints.
- Maintain close tolerances for CNC machine dimensions.
- Use inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, profile projector) to ensure quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deviations, optimizing cycle times while maintaining quality.
- Document setups, production details, and adjustments for traceability.
- Design fixtures and provide programs from engineering drawings as needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and complete other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
