Compensation: Competitive Salary: $70K- 85Kper year.

Responsibilities:
- CNC Machine Set-up and Repair:
- Set up and repair CNC machines, including Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), CNC lathes, and CNC boring and milling.
- Laser Cutting Machines set up and repair (not a must requirement, but a plus - training provided).
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal production.
- Field Service Technician:
- Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for CNC machines at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Customer Service and Sales:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Assist customers in optimizing machine performance and offer solutions to enhance their machining processes.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote additional products or services to meet customer needs.
- Training:
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of CNC machines and Laser Cutting Machines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure they maximize the benefits of our products.
- Proven experience as a CNC machine field service technician (set up and repair).
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, including VMC, CNC lathe, and CNC boring and milling machines.
- Previous sales or on-site customer service experience is a great plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Willingness to engage in sales activities and promote additional products/services.
- Availability to travel to customer locations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Commission on Sales.
