Salary: $48, 000 - $55, 000
Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire   Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Candidate Engagement Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will focus on sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates across multiple platforms, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in platforms like JobDiva, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed, with strong skills in managing candidate interactions and tracking progress.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobDiva, and other platforms to source potential candidates, gather contact details, and create comprehensive candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Outreach: Develop and implement personalized outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media to build relationships with candidates.
  • CRM Management: Use HubSpot to manage candidate engagement, track communication history, and ensure accurate data management.
  • ATS Management: Utilize JobDiva (or other ATS platforms) to manage candidate pipelines, track applications, and update statuses (JobDiva experience preferred but not required).
  • Data Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate records within both ZoomInfo and HubSpot.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to align sourcing strategies with job requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay current on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously enhance engagement methods.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track outreach and engagement metrics, utilizing insights to refine and optimize sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in candidate sourcing platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed, and CRM systems like HubSpot. Experience with JobDiva or similar ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working within a collaborative team environment alongside recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing engagement data to improve outreach and sourcing strategies.
