Direct Hire/ Hybrid work schedule
Salary: 95k-110k- depending on experience
This role offers a competitive salary up to $110, 000 and a hybrid work schedule, allowing you the flexibility to balance office and remote work. It's a direct-hire position with excellent benefits and the chance to lead impactful land development and infrastructure projects across the U.S.

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s in civil engineering (PE license required).
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management, with expertise in land development.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and proven success in delivering large-scale projects.
