Job Description
Are you an experienced Cold Header Operator looking for your next opportunity? We’re working with a manufacturer in Southeast MI that’s hiring for a full-time, first-shift position, with benefits starting on day one. If you’re skilled with cold heading machines and take pride in producing quality parts, this could be a strong next step in your career.
Shift: 6: 00 AM to 2: 00 PM
Compensation: $25–$33/hr (negotiable based on experience)
What You Bring to the Table:

Direct experience operating cold heading or metal forming machinery in high-volume environments.

Comfort using micrometers, calipers, and inspection gauges.

Ability to interpret blueprints and follow detailed production specs.

A safety-first mindset, strong mechanical aptitude, and solid attendance record.

Team player attitude with high attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Set up and run cold heading machinery to produce high-quality fasteners and metal components.

Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and specifications.

Handle tooling changes, machine adjustments, and light troubleshooting.

Minimize downtime with proactive maintenance and attention to detail.

Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced production environment.
