We’re partnering with a nationally recognized engineering firm in Scottsdale, AZ to hire a Civil Engineer / Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to support land development and infrastructure projects across commercial, residential, and public works sectors. What You’ll Do

Support site development, transportation, and utility design projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Prepare engineering drawings, technical calculations, and construction documents

Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and external partners throughout design and permitting

Analyze survey data, zoning codes, and jurisdictional requirements

Assist in preparing technical reports and ensuring regulatory compliance

Participate in design meetings and occasional site visits to support execution and quality control
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

EIT certification or active pursuit of PE licensure

3+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in land development

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Strong understanding of site grading, drainage, and utility design
-
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
