Position Description:
Serve as the primary Salaried Personnel representative for the Chicago Modification Center (CMC), including: • Manage Salaried Headcount to maintain or improve cost and structure • Lead the external hiring process for the CMC in partnership with the Recruiting team (work with Mgmt on identifying needs, post open positions, schedule interviews, handle all pre-hire onboarding efforts with Recruiting, etc) • Coach and mentor salaried employees • Coordinate with other members of the Human Resources team on initiative at the CMC and main plant, as required • Maintain confidentiality and respect for employees at all times • Support all Health and Safety activities as required.
Experience Required:
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft includes Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • 2+ years experience in leading recruiting efforts
Experience Preferred:
• Experience in Manufacturing environment • 2+ years HR experience • Experience with managing headcount and budgets
Education Required:
• High School Diploma or GED
Education Preferred:
• Bachelor' s degree
