Cyber Engineer Specialist

Job Summary:
- The Cyber Systems Engineer position plays a pivotal role in supporting the Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) section. Responsible for Cyber architecture, technology, evaluation, testing, and compliance across the US market, this role also aids in the delivery of products and services to Ground Combat Platforms. Reporting to the platform Chief Engineer and Systems Engineering Manager, the Cyber Systems Engineer executes engineering tasks in line with organizational guidance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze software applications and encryption technology products for developing Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation.
- Exercise authority over Cyber products to ensure integration with technical scope, schedule, and other constraints.
- Manage the identification, development, and implementation of cyber-physical design best practices and tools across the engineering enterprise.
- Develop and manage system requirements and interface allocations, ensuring compliance across the design team.
- Coordinate requirements, architectures, and system designs, overseeing trade studies and structured decisions.
- Participate in design troubleshooting and problem resolution, including Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
- Evaluate checkpoint and design milestone artifacts, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate with platform Design Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for threat analysis, interface development, and requirements decomposition.
- Evaluate new Cyber technologies for potential use in company products.
- Manage and participate in peer reviews.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field (Relevant cyber technical certificates and management credentials considered).
- Minimum of 5 years'experience, preferably in engineering or military projects.
- US security clearance required.
- Experience in military vehicle development and integration preferred.
- Proficiency in interpreting and managing system-level cyber requirements.
- Familiarity with cyber warfare, embedded systems, and software principles.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
This assignment is a US Government Contract which requires all applicants to be US Citizens.
