Cybersecurity Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and develop cybersecurity solutions.
- Assist in architecture design for military vehicle systems and integrate C5ISR systems.
- Support prototype and system integration testing, and evaluate system performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide technical assistance.
- Assist in project management, including issue tracking and status updates.
- Travel internationally for technology transfer when needed.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, IT, Information Assurance, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in cybersecurity, including vulnerability assessments and hardware/software standards.
- Skills: Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), cryptographic processes, and vulnerability assessment tools. Familiarity with protocols like J1939 CANBus, Ethernet, and MIL-STD-1553.
- Certifications: Security+, CASP, or CISSP preferred.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
