Field Service Technician (Contract)
Location: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Anchorage, AK
Are you ready to take on a hands-on, mission-critical role supporting U.S. Army operations? Join our team as a Field Service Technician and provide on-site maintenance and repair support for the new Cold Weather All-Terrain Vehicle (CATV)—the modern replacement for the Small Unit Support Vehicle (SUSV).
In this role, you’ll apply your technical expertise to keep CATV systems mission-ready, supporting the U.S. Army, National Guard, and Reserves in Alaska’s most demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on all CATV variants
-
Work with multiple systems, including:
-
Drive Train
-
Suspension
-
Electrical
-
Hydraulic
-
HVAC
-
-
Ensure all work meets operational and safety standards
-
Support field operations with on-site diagnostics and corrective actions

Experience:
-
Minimum of 4 years of military service in Heavy Track, Wheel, or Engineer Equipment MOS (E-4 or above), or
-
4 years of equivalent civilian training in automotive or heavy truck systems

Education:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Military Maintainer MOS training or training from an accredited Civilian Automotive/Heavy Truck Institute

U.S. Citizenship (required due to government contract work)
