Position Description
Must possess active TS/SCI clearance and high school diploma or GED. Must have 1-3 years general security experience, such as physical security and escorting uncleared personnel in secure facilities. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, are required. The role involves sitting/standing for long periods and frequent movement around secure construction sites, including traversing uneven surfaces and climbing stairs and ladders.
  • Provide overall site management, controls, and surveillance of personnel in compliance with the CSP and as designated by the SSM.
  • Perform access control functions for the secure project site during hours of operations. This includes screening of all personnel, materials, and equipment entering and exiting the project site.
  • Conduct inspections and deny the introduction of prohibited materials as specified by the SSM and CSP.
  • Report all security incidents and suspicious activities and materials identified to the attention of the SSM.
  • Perform other security and surveillance related duties as required by the SSM and CSP, such as escorting personnel and surveillance of areas outside of the secure project site as deemed necessary.
Skills Required
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and high school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years general security experience (physical security, escorting uncleared personnel in secure facilities, etc).
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Able to sit/stand for long periods and move around frequently at secure construction sites, including moving across uneven surfaces and climbing stairs and ladders.
