BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field

Minimum of 2 years of relevant job-related experience

OR Master’s degree in a related field

Agile development experience preferred
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. Citizenship is required.
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES
As a Systems Engineer supporting Fleet Ballistic Missile Auxiliary and Training Systems, you will be part of a cross-functional engineering team responsible for the development, sustainment, and enhancement of auxiliary and training systems that support the fleet ballistic missile program.
This role requires hands-on systems work in laboratory environments and close collaboration across multiple technical disciplines.
RESPONSIBILITIES TO ANTICIPATE

Support systems engineering activities across the full system lifecycle

Perform hands-on integration, test, and troubleshooting of systems in lab environments

Support requirements analysis, allocation, and traceability activities

Assist with system design, integration, verification, and validation efforts

Support networking, virtual machine configuration, and system connectivity

Apply cyber hardening techniques to systems and environments as required

Support general IT and systems integration activities for auxiliary and training systems

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical issues

Support documentation of system configurations, procedures, and technical data
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience with systems engineering lifecycle processes

Familiarity with requirements management and system modeling tools

Experience with networking concepts and virtual machine management

Knowledge of cyber hardening practices and secure system configurations

Strong general IT skills supporting system integration and sustainment

Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies

Strong collaboration and communication skills in team-based environments
