Position Description:
  Vehicle Personalization Engineering is seeking a Design & Release/Systems Engineer with 3 yrs min. OEM Experience. The cross functional team develops feature vehicle packages and accessories for Global sales bringing to market buzz products that enhance. The position will manage the product lifecycle of interior and exterior. Project management skills are necessary to be successful in the primary role. The role will champion processes for Global Programs with opportunity to grow into D&R. The position is in Dearborn.
Skills Preferred:
+ Project / Program Management + Previous D&R or Systems Engineering experience in automotive + Understanding and application of  TeamCenter Engineering + Excellent working knowledge of automotive systems + Self-directed, highly motivated, self-starter, and skilled individual with strong demonstrated leadership and presentation skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is expected
Experience Required:
3+ years in automotive field)
Experience Preferred:
+ Manufacturing Processes (cut & sew, stamped, molded, vac-formed, die cut, etc.) + Working knowledge and application of Worldwide Engineering Release System (WERS)

Matt started with Contract Professionals, Inc. in November 2014. He began as a Technical Recruiter assigned to the automotive team. He worked hand in hand with account managers, to spearhead specific projects with CPI's clients. Driven to succeed, Matt achieved his goal(s) within the first year. He continued working on accounts and he learned the leadership process throughout his 4-year career at CPI.

When the opportunity presented itself, he was promoted to Account Manager of the automotive division. He navigates the challenges in this new role by utilizing the senior staff in the office.

Matt was awarded a Bachelor of Art in Environmental Studies at University of Michigan. Matt also received an Associate degree in Automotive Mechanics from a local community college.

Matt is thriving as a new Account Manager at CPI, and he looks forward to the challenges that await him in the workforce solutions industry.
