Position Description:
As a Design Assurance Systems Engineer you will be part of an engineering team that helps develop some of the latest new vehicle systems at the start of product development, delivering to Future in Motion and Smart Vehicles for a Smart World. As a member of the team you will work cross functionally, collaborating with vehicle, system and component engineering groups, assuring the integrity of next generation system designs and functions that support new customer features. - Support Development of Systems FMA foundation documents for all VCSE Functions. - Lead assessment of Systems FMA documents at milestones/gateways. - Provide feedback on key Systems FMAs which require coaching and support. - Support creation of 5Ds as necessary. - Work with Systems and Features FMA Coach SME to ensure FMA documents comply with corporate standards. - Ensure TMM plan in place to achieve Master Level for all FMA Disciplines. - Work with Cross-functional SMEs and PRA SME to ensure FMA analysis has all necessary considerations from corporate Lessons Learned. - Actively engage in Systems Engineer Technical Design Reviews. Provide ongoing Systems FMA coaching and support.
Skills Preferred:
Experience in development of robust DV plans. Experience in statistical problem solving. Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams. Ford FEDE system experience.
Experience Required:
3+ Years experience as Chassis PMT / D&R Engineer
Experience Preferred:
Systems and Features Engineering experience preferred.
Education Required:
B.S. In Engineering discipline

Account Executive

Matt started with Contract Professionals, Inc. in November 2014. He began as a Technical Recruiter assigned to the automotive team. He worked hand in hand with account managers, to spearhead specific projects with CPI's clients. Driven to succeed, Matt achieved his goal(s) within the first year. He continued working on accounts and he learned the leadership process throughout his 4-year career at CPI.

When the opportunity presented itself, he was promoted to Account Manager of the automotive division. He navigates the challenges in this new role by utilizing the senior staff in the office.

Matt was awarded a Bachelor of Art in Environmental Studies at University of Michigan. Matt also received an Associate degree in Automotive Mechanics from a local community college.

Matt is thriving as a new Account Manager at CPI, and he looks forward to the challenges that await him in the workforce solutions industry.
