Position Description:
Lead the Electrical Active Safety D&R and Application work on various Programs. Lead the packaging and integration of Active Safety radar and camera on Programs. Ensure Programs' deliverables are met on time and with the highest quality. This includes: AVBOM, Packaging/Digital Buck, DPA Checks, WERS, eFDVS, Subsystem/Supplier work plans, DVP&R, Engineering Sign-off, etc. Develop work plans and lead resolution of Active Safety implementation and validation related issues. Lead Design Validation and Production Validation for components and DAT features. Support prototype vehicle builds and production vehicle launches. Lead current production/assembly plant issues associated with ADAS features/parts. Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle error codes and system network messages. Travel to Assembly plants or customer location to support build and trouble shoot launch or production issues.
Skills Preferred:
CAD and Packaging experience preferred
Experience Required:
2-3 years experience with Driver Assistance Technology preferred
Experience Preferred:
Vehicle communication and systems experience preferred
Education Required:
BSEE required (or Control Systems)
Education Preferred:
MSEE or advanced degree preferred.
