Compensation: Up to $75K Base Salary + Day One Health Coverage with 75% of monthly premiums covered + 401K Match+ $100/Month Cell Phone Reimbursement + Bonus opportunities

As an Field SystemsTech you’ll play a key role in installing and integrating advanced augmented reality (AR) systems at manufacturing facilities across the U.S. And internationally. This is a hands-on, field-driven role for someone who loves travel, thrives on solving problems on-site, and enjoys owning projects from start to finish.
What You’ll Do

Install, integrate, and troubleshoot AR-based automation systems at customer sites.

Work with projectors, PCs, 3D vision systems, and related hardware.

Lead on-site installation efforts, manage logistics, and coordinate with customer teams.

Train plant-floor personnel and provide remote & in-person technical support.

Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Maintain documentation, status reports, and task tracking throughout each project.
What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical installation, troubleshooting, and system integration.

Comfort working with AV components, PC hardware, PLCs, and industrial controls.

Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers on-site.

Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities while traveling.

Familiarity with project coordination and system documentation.

Vocational certification or Associate degree in a technical field required;Bachelor’s in engineering or related field is a plus.

Must pass a drug screen and meet physical requirements (lifting, climbing, etc.).
