Job Description

Candidate will provide support and continuity to customers and users on a world-wide basis to achieve system readiness on M2 A2ODS Bradley Fighting Vehicle platform. The FST will conduct Operational testing, troubleshooting, and repairs. Technical data collection and reporting is required in all aspects of logging work performed. The main effort of the work assignment will be performed in one location in Europe, ie Croatia. Other efforts could be required, and candidate must understand that notification could be short notice. Working environment has minimal office work requirements and extensive travel. Field like conditions (domestic and foreign) and test conditions (inside/external), along with working in a production environment weather could be harsh at time due to environmental changes. Will be working with a team comprised of both US personnel as well as host nation nationals. This position is rewarding and could propose long term employment opportunities


Preferred skills require knowledge of military maintenance systems (all levels of repair) on M2 A2ODS Bradley fighting Vehicles. Knowledge of appropriate technical manuals and engineering drawings and schematics. Familiar with the use and operations of TMDE (Test Measurement) type diagnostic equipment and STE M1 FVS or T2SS equipment. Technically proficient in vehicle operation, mechanics and electronics. Knowledge of military maintenance systems (all levels of repair) on M2 A2ODS Bradley fighting Vehicles. Knowledge of appropriate technical manuals and able to interpret and use engineering drawings and schematics. Familiar with the use and operation of TMDE (Test Measurement) type diagnostic equipment and STE M1 FVS and or T2SS equipment technically proficient in vehicle operation, mechanics and electronics. Experience in the mechanical/electronic field of relevant military products;technical knowledge depth must be first through fourth level of maintenance repair. Proficient with use of all types of hand tools, shop tools, including micrometers, depth gauges and finish gauges. Proficient with use of all types of power tools, lifting devices, and knowledgeable enough to operate tooling and equipment in a safe manner. Ability to use all types of hand tools, shop tools, including micrometers, depth gauges and finish gauges. Basic Computer Skills and Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant Associate's degree, or military school training;plus additional 4 years work experience in the mechanical/electrical/electronic field of relevant military products Bradley Fighting Vehicles M2 A2 A3 A4 . Proficient with Microsoft Office. Must use Microsoft Office for reporting, development of presentations and communications with product engineering and program management
