Position Description Seeking a Tracked Vehicle Mechanic to provide Field maintenance Support on Artillery platforms M109 FoV and M88 FoV vehicles.

Job Summary Conducts field level repairs on the M109 and M88 Family of Vehicles, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on US Military and facility equipment in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues on equipment, advises on technical solutions in accordance US Army Technical Manuals for the M109 & M88 FoV equipment. Work as a team member under the supervision of a BAE Field Service Engineer / technician who is a subject matter expert.

Prior U.S. Army or Marine Corps experience in the maintenance field. Or 6-10 years of relative maintenance experience working on U.S. Military tracked vehicles that includes tracked Artillery and Recovery platforms. Or has other U.S. Army vehicle maintenance experience that corelates to the skills required description
 
EDUCATION
High school Diploma or GED.
