Job Description
This position is a very rewarding position for the right candidate. Position is located in in the EU country of Croatia. The position is best suited for a former Bradley Master Gunner, indepth knowledge of the M2A2 ODS Bradley is preferred. Position will require physical and mental abilities to perform maintenance tasks as well as the ablity to perform pre-gunnery checks to prepare vehicle for executing test fire procedures to ensure qualiity of vehicle that meets mission readiness and functionality as part of US GOVERNMENT quality and performance test that meet DCMA approval for transfer to the nation of Croatia. You will be part of a team responsible for the refurbishment of M2A2 ODS Bradley fighting Vehicles. Work is performed in a shop type setting with safety being the corner stone of our success. You will be working with US and Croatian personnel in order to train the Croatian work force on proper maintenance procedures required to enhance the operational readiness of the refurbed vehicles and provide sustainment capabilites to our Croatian partners.
Skills Required:
Must have Master Gunner Qualifications certification or equivilant Must be proficient in the operations and functions of the 25MM Bush Master Chain Gun Must be proficient in the operations of the COAX machine gun Must be proficient in the Bradley M2A2 ODS turret functions and operations Must be proficient in required checks and swervices requirted in order to prepare weapon systems to perform test fire procedures safely and in accordance with technical manauls.
Skills preferred:
5-7 years as a functional vehicle crewman 3-5 years as a Battalion or higher responsibility of Master Gunner Must have Master Gunner Qualification Certification Must be familiar with vehicle VIC 3 communication system.
Experience preferred:
3-5 years as a Battalion or higher responsibility of Master Gunner Former training experience is a plus as we will be training host nation civilians to perform the same required tasks required to prepare and test vehicle.
High School Diploma or GED.
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT:
This assignment is a US Government Contract which requires all applicants to be US Citizens.
