Job Description


Seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide Field Support on M109A6/7 platforms on projects within the Field Service Department. Location of Position is York, PA. Expectation is qualified candidate is willing to travel both CONUS and OCONUS as required.
  Is proficient/capable at providing Field Service Support on the M109A6 Platform. Understands technical data for operation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repair of M109A6 Recovery equipment. Able to interact positively with customers both internal and external. Ability to work as part of a team as required. Competent in using computer based programs for data input, report generation, and information presentation. Ability to understand complex problems and provide sound recommendations for solutions. Ability to follow managerial direction, organize and prioritize work schedule on short term and long term basis. Able to follow all Company ethical, safety, and behavioral policies.

.4 plus years of related experience performing maintenance on Tracked Combat Vehicles for the US Army and or Marine Corps. Prior Military Service is a plus but not a requirement. Be an Honest, Ethical, and Dedicated professional. Have spent the majority of the 4 plus years operating and maintaining the M109A6. Is proficient at computer based programs required to complete, reports, training, and data collection

Must have a High School diploma, or equivalent. Recovery School graduate is desired but not required. Have an honorable discharge fi a prior military servicemember.

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT:
This assignment is a US Government Contract which requires all applicants to be US Citizens.
