Job Description

This is a demanding position that will require a specific skill set of a Bradley Fighting Vehicle Technician. Candidate must be well versed and able to train the team on the proper procedures to validate the requirements to Assemble, Service, Test and Prepare weapon systems for operations. Must have extensive knowledge using schematics, STE FVS test equipment to include . Must have operational knowledge and experience removing and installing Bradley Turrets, installing major assemblies and LRU's associated while working in an industrial environment. Must be familiar with Bore sighting and targeting requirements. Must be confident with knowledge to perform test fires of the 25mm weapon system as part of the validation requirements. Must have knowledge of the TOW weapon system and 7.62 as well. This will be a very rewarding position for the right candidate, working in the European theater, stationed in Croatia. We will be working with the local Host National civilian workforce and Croatian military personnel in an industrial type of environment.

Must have 3-5 years working in a type of industrial shop and be comfortable. Must be familiar with SHE, (Safety, Health, Environmental), and understand as well as enforce safety standards in the workplace. You will be required to wear specific safety gear as mandated in the shop environment.

2-5 years in the MOS 27E with school certificate of training from the US Army. Work experience consisting of performing semi-annual testing of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle TOW system, using methods and equipment from the T2SS test devices. Additional maintenance knowledge of the Bradley Fighting vehicle will be favored. Previous experience performing the semiannual services at US Army installations or aboard will also be favorable and should apply.

3-5 years operational experience performing diagnostic tests and repairs of the Bradley Fighting vehicle. Experience should include past experience on M2A2 ODS vehicles. Must have knowledge of the Vehicles electrical systems and power requirements. Must possess the ability to perform cyclic maintenance to include Annual services. This includes the 180-day Tow verification, weapons firing, required adjustments to sensors and position indicators. Must understand the vehicle concept of operation to the end item user.

EDUCATION
High school diploma.

This assignment is a US Government Contract which requires all applicants to be US Citizens.
