Job Title: Field Service Technician V - Bradley Fighting Vehicle (Defense Contract)
Location: Croatia

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician V for a demanding and rewarding defense contract position stationed in Croatia. This role requires specific expertise with the Bradley Fighting Vehicle (BFV) and the ability to lead and train teams on assembly, service, testing, and operational preparation of weapon systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge and experience with BFV systems, schematics, and test equipment, particularly STE FVS and T2SS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and guide teams on procedures for assembling, servicing, testing, and preparing Bradley Fighting Vehicles for operation.
- Extensive experience removing and installing Bradley Turrets, major assemblies, and LRUs.
- Proficient in bore sighting, targeting requirements, and conducting test fires for the 25mm weapon system.
- Solid operational knowledge of the TOW weapon system and 7.62 mm.
- Ability to work in an industrial environment with Host National civilian and Croatian military personnel.
- 3-5 years of work experience in an industrial shop setting.
- Familiarity with SHE (Safety, Health, Environmental) standards and compliance.
- 2-5 years as a MOS 27E with a U.S. Army training certificate.
- Experience conducting semi-annual testing of the TOW system using T2SS test devices.
- Prior experience performing maintenance services at U.S. Army installations or overseas.
- 3-5 years of operational experience diagnosing and repairing Bradley Fighting Vehicles, particularly M2A2 ODS models.
- Knowledge of the vehicle's electrical systems, power requirements, and cyclic maintenance, including 180-day TOW verification and weapon firing adjustments.
- High school diploma required.
- Active U.S. Passport.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in industrial environments and adherence to mandatory safety gear.
