Position Description:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst for an exciting opportunity to join our team at the Chicago Assembly Plant, on a temporary basis, as we are launching the newly redesigned vehicles. The ideal candidate will be skilled at working with many people from differing backgrounds and experiences to achieve plant operating metrics and goals. This position will be challenging and have a high degree of responsibility. You must work well with peers, cross-functional teams and management. You must be skilled in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting to be able to support the development of plant budgets, labor forecasts, and cost reports. The position will be located in Chicago, IL. • Provide financial analysis to support Chicago Assembly Plant in the development of the annual plant Labor & Overhead and Launch budgets, monthly forecasts, and daily cost reports. • Collaborate with Corporate Finance teams to ensure alignment on annual budgets, efficiency targets, and special studies. • Conduct monthly variance analysis of plant performance budgets to actuals. • Provide analytical support for special studies and efficiency initiatives. • Participate in the Modular Control Review Program (MCRP) to meet Corporate Internal Control Testing Metrics and timing.

Experience Required:
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related Business field • 1+ years of experience using Excel

Experience Preferred:
• Experience with Manufacturing or Product Development Finance

Education Required:
• Bachelor' s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
