Position Duties Financial analyst that leads the Driver Assistance Technologies (DAT) department purchasing for all project budget financial elements (budget analyst, CPARS-AURORA-GPIRS requisitions, vehicle controller, project documentation per GIS standards). Position Responsibilities include: • Lead department development, documentation, and daily/monthly financial budget reporting per Local and Corporate Finance Manual guidelines. • Lead AURORA procurement requisitions and invoicing (including ICBA ordering) of Material, Indirect, Purchased Service, Check Requests, Budget Transfers, and Capital (including PCAM, AR eSignatures, and MEARS) for DAT Dept. Lead training of new department analysts for backup positions. • Lead department HW and SW audits and maintenance contracts (Vector, ABD, Oxford OXTS, Mathworks, dSpace equipment) • Backup role for Department Vehicle Coordinator, including vehicle procurements, vehicle rentals, equipment rentals, FMS department lead, ELMS Vehicle Shipping (domestic and foreign), and annual Vehicle Inspections and audits, Bailment Contracts, and Annual Vehicle Budget Flight Planning per Ford Vehicle Control procedures. • Backup role for GIS1 department EDMS / Tech Integrator document storage & maintenance, and department DRIM • Backup role for RAPT headcount & material budget maintenance (J067, EU, China & RIC PA)
Required: excellent communication skills (ability to work with department of 200 engineers and 20 supervisors). Ability to collaborate with EU, Palo Alto CA Office, and China remotely.
Required: Candidate must have annual procurement experience for large budgets (>*** million per year), or WERS part releasing experience for large quality of parts (> 100 end item parts per year)
+3 years of CPARS/GPIRS procurement requisitioning OR
+3 years of WERS Release Analyst experience instead of CPARS/GPIRS).
Degree: Bachelor of Science preferred (In lieu of degree, will accept +3 Years CPARS/GPIRS procurement requisitioning OR also accept +3 years of WERS Release Analyst experience instead of CPARS/GPIRS).

Jennifer was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Baker College in Michigan.
