Pay Rate: $26.50 per hour
Location: Sterling Heights, MI

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure employee change and new hire documents are complete and have obtained necessary approvals in accordance with company procedures.
  • Efficiently apply process documentation for consistent and thorough processing.
  • Accurately input data into PeopleSoft for new hires and changes.
  • Effectively handle internal and external HR inquiries, with problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with legal standards.
  • Organize meetings, interviews, and HR events, and manage agendas.
  • Support new hire orientations and maintain updated records.
  • Precisely calculate and process payroll and leave adjustments.
  • Assist with various assigned HR functions.
  • Stay current with HR trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor' s degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR coordinator experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective people management skills.
  • HR administration exposure with comprehensive HR knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • High computer literacy, including MS Office
  • Strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
