We are seeking an Injection Molding Process Engineer to develop and implement molding processes that ensure the production of high-quality products. Compensation:  $90K-100K (Direct Hire)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in injection molding process development.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Arburg and Cincinnati machines (Screwburg familiarity is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office;SolidWorks experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement injection molding processes to produce top-quality products.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Arburg and Cincinnati machines.
  • Create and maintain a preventive maintenance program.
  • Design and optimize mold programs, focusing on glass-filled and mineral-filled thermoplastics.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop molds tailored to machinery requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve molding process issues;maintain machine parameter databases.
  • Train and mentor production staff on molding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
