Description
  • Employee will be responsible for harness, electrical, and mechanical assembly including but not limited to: routing wires, plugging wires, crimping contacts, make electrical connections with solder, assembling hardware, tightening hardware, complete testing of electronic units.
  • Be able to use simple hand tools, power tools, fixtures and direct reading test devices.
  • Work safely following OSHA and ISO guidelines.
  • Must be able to interface with computerized work instructions as well as read and follow drawings.
  • MUST be able to inspect and verify work performed is in accordance with requirements.
  • Able to become IPC certified in Soldering.
  • Capable of lifting 20+ lbs without assistance.
  • Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with Supervisor.
  • Must be able to follow instructions.
  • Must be willing to work overtime during the week and including weekends.
  • Willing to work multiple shifts and holidays.
  • Must be able to work 2nd shift as needed.
Position Requirements:
  • Strong PC skills using MS Word, Excel, and applicable software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong initiative & self-starter, requires minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates ability to lead and work proficiently within a team environment
  • Must be able to work overtime during the week or weekend as needed and as defined by supervisor.
  • Must be able to work 2nd shift as needed.

This assignment is a US Government Contract which requires all applicants to be US Citizens.
