Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with senior Logistics Engineers to carry out well-defined engineering assignments.
- Contributing to the identification and definition of system hardware for Supportability Analysis.
- Providing technical input for analysis as required.
- Applying engineering theory, principles, and techniques to technical projects.
- Reviewing design concepts and preliminary designs to ensure system supportability.
- Assisting in the development of recommended design changes to improve system supportability and reduce life cycle costs.
- Contributing to the creation of technical documentation and supporting design reviews.
- Gaining and maintaining knowledge of relevant engineering disciplines, industry practices, trends, and applications.
- Sharing responsibility for self-development with your immediate supervisor.
- Bachelor' s degree in an engineering discipline is required.
- Military experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in personal computer skills, including familiarity with CAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Compensation range: $35-41 per hour (based on skills and experience)
