Job Description


We are looking for a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to work in an environment that values both precision and growth. This role offers an opportunity to utilize your skills in CNC machining and contribute to creating intricate and precise components.

Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2: 00pm-10: 30pm
Compensation: Up to $21/hr

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machinist, or 1+ year with equivalent trade school or vocational training.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and performing part inspections to meet specifications.
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and dependability.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Set up CNC machines according to blueprints and technical instructions.
  • Maintain tight tolerances and adhere to precise CNC dimensions.
  • Load tools based on set-up instructions for CNC Milling operations.
  • Utilize inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, and profile projectors to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve deviations from work instructions.
  • Work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.
  • Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, sometimes unstructured setting.
  • Accurately document production data, including any adjustments or deviations.
  • Design fixtures when necessary and assist in programming from engineering drawings.
  • Optimize tooling and program cycles for efficiency while maintaining quality.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work environment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Preferred Skills:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Tsugami CNC Swiss Machines, MO8, or Hyundai CNC Mills is a plus.
  • CMM experience is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to manage multiple machines during a shift.
  • Consistently lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Stand for extended periods (4+ hours per day).
