Maintainability Engineer
Job Description
Location: Troy, MI
Salary Range: $150, 000 - $160, 000
Position Summary:
As a Maintainability Engineer, you’ll plan and support the lifecycle sustainment of combat vehicles, ensuring readiness, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with military standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct design analysis for maintainability and supportability.
- Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA).
- Develop technical support data and maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with military and industry standards (e.G., SAE, MIL-STD).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in maintainability and logistics analysis for DoD systems.
- Knowledge of defense acquisition, supply chain management, and technical data development.
- Lifecycle Logistics Certification (DAU)
- Familiarity with PLM systems like Teamcenter
- Six Sigma certification
