Maintainability Engineer

Location: Troy, MI

Salary Range: $150, 000 - $160, 000

Position Summary:
As a Maintainability Engineer, you’ll plan and support the lifecycle sustainment of combat vehicles, ensuring readiness, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with military standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct design analysis for maintainability and supportability.
  • Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA).
  • Develop technical support data and maintenance plans.
  • Ensure compliance with military and industry standards (e.G., SAE, MIL-STD).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintainability and logistics analysis for DoD systems.
  • Knowledge of defense acquisition, supply chain management, and technical data development.
Preferred:
  • Lifecycle Logistics Certification (DAU)
  • Familiarity with PLM systems like Teamcenter
  • Six Sigma certification
