Maintainability Engineer
Location: Troy, MI
Salary Range: $150, 000 - $160, 000

Job Summary:
Seeking a Maintainability Engineer to support the lifecycle sustainment of military combat vehicles. This role includes performing design analysis for maintainability, logistics support planning, and delivering product support data aligned with military standards. Ideal candidates have experience in sustainment planning, logistics support analysis, and a strong engineering background.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct design analysis for maintainability and supportability.
  • Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA).
  • Develop product support data such as Maintenance Concepts, LORA, and MTA.
  • Ensure compliance with military and industry standards for sustainment planning and logistics support.
  • Prepare and deliver integrated product support data to customers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in design analysis, logistics planning, and product support development for DoD systems.
  • Strong knowledge of defense logistics, technical manual development, and supply chain management.

Preferred Skills:
  • DAU Lifecycle Logistics Certification.
  • Experience with configuration management and PLM systems like Teamcenter.
  • Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Working Conditions:
  • Occasional overtime and up to 10% travel, including OCONUS.
  • Based in Sterling Heights, MI.
