Fluid Power Technician / Designer
Location: Aurora, OH
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Salary: $60, 000 –$75, 000 (based on experience)
About the Role
Our client, a leader in hydraulic and pneumatic system design, is seeking a Fluid Power Technician / Designer to support the assembly, testing, and design of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for growth into full system design and engineering.
Key Responsibilities

Build, assemble, and test hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Troubleshoot and repair systems to ensure optimal performance.

Create and update system layouts, schematics, and documentation.

Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to develop and improve system designs.

Utilize 3D AutoCAD Inventor software for system design and modeling.
Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D / Autodesk Inventor is required.

Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in fluid power system assembly or design preferred.
