Schedule: Monday –Friday | 7: 00 AM –4: 00 PM
Pay Range: $40.00 –$55.00 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and enhance our wire harness and cable assembly operations. This role is responsible for developing, improving, and sustaining manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, and documentation to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability. The Manufacturing Engineer will work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Sales, and Leadership to support new product introductions, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
•Interpret and validate wire harness blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings.
•Develop, maintain, and optimize work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Participate in first article builds and support new product introductions.
•Identify and implement process improvements relating to efficiency and quality.
•Recommend equipment, tooling, fixtures, and machinery improvements.
•Support quoting and cost analysis.
•Maintain preventive maintenance documentation and SOPs and coordinate related activities.
•Troubleshoot production issues.
•Manage documentation updates.
•Research new technologies and industry best practices.
•Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
•3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
•Experience interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
•Strong manufacturing process knowledge.
•Experience creating SOPs and work instructions.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•Wire harness or cable assembly experience.
•Experience with Zuken, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
•Lean / continuous improvement experience.
Work Environment
•Manufacturing floor and office environment.
•Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
•Collaborative, fast-paced setting.
