Manufacturing / Production Operator
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract) | Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri
Pay Range: $22.70 per hour

About the Role
Our client is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing / Production Operator to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will contribute to the assembly of electronic and mechanical components, working with precision and care to support high-tech production operations. You’ll be part of a collaborative team environment where continuous learning and quality craftsmanship are valued.


Key Responsibilities
•Perform assembly operations on electronic and mechanical subassemblies (modules, boards, panels, frames, cables, etc.)
•Follow established methods, techniques, and sequence of operations for wiring, component installation, soldering, and cable harnessing
•Set up and operate basic equipment while ensuring compliance with specifications
•Use hand/torque tools, soldering irons, and other light industrial tools for production tasks
•Process hardware accurately and document results according to requirements
•Apply general knowledge of measuring equipment and math in daily tasks


Required Qualifications
•High School diploma or equivalent
•U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
•Experience with hand/torque tools, soldering irons, and industrial equipment
•Ability to set up and process hardware to meet compliance standards
•General understanding of measuring equipment and math skills
•Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment

•Previous experience in electronics or mechanical assembly
•Ability to multi-task and apply creative problem-solving in a production environment
